Dear Backers,

Under the widespread of coronavirus, we sincerely hope that you all stay safe and healthy. It has been a while of not updating you all the status, and we have been following up on the production to make sure things could go smoothly. And there is a great impact on the production due to the coronavirus. Let us let you know more about the situation.

The campaign started in mid of November and end in mid of January and currently, it is still running in demand offer. The initial planned schedule was the production should be ready and sent out at the end of April. First of all, November and December are the peak production months, as these are months before the Chinese New Year. The factory stopped operated in the 2^nd week of January this year and we communicated with the factories to start the production right after the Chinese New Year Holiday was over, which should be in the 2^nd week of February.

In order to control the infection number of coronavirus, most of the companies, including Kinofi, ceased the operation for 2-3 weeks after the Chinese New Year Holiday.  Even though we resumed work in mid of February, yet the factories were opened in late February with a few workers as most of the workers were under 2-week quarantine order after visited other cities.

Under these circumstances, the factory and supply chain resume partially and they are estimating the production lead time. We do everything we can to make sure this Lumi Mark II project can get done.

Tooling

Stage one of tolling images as below, stage two tolling is on the road to modify assembling parts.

Hardware

Balance tests and different material tests are undergoing.  

Lab Test

Prepared to apply FCC, CE, UN38.3, MSDS, RHOS etc.
